Dueodde Badehotel is a real family hotel
with all required
facilities:
For the children there is a playground
with swings, seesaws,
sandpits, climbing tower and slides.
The hotel also has a laundrette, a sauna
and a solarium as well
as a charming glass café – just the place to relax!
Just 400 metres from the hotel you can
get access to a public
indoor swimming pool (small fee). A nice alternative to the
beach when the weather makes outdoor life less attractive.
In the hotel’s beach café and
restaurant, families can order a
hearty breakfast buffet or just enjoy a light meal during the
day.

Several times a week, in peak season, the
café arranges barbecues
offering different types of grilled meat, fish and a varied salad

In the low-season there might be certan
limitations in the opening
hours of the reception desk, as well as the restaurant. We kindly
ask you to check this when you book.

Three well furnished conference rooms,
sitting 50, 25 and 12

in the largest of the tree rooms.

Welcome to Melsted Badehotel
Melsted Badehotel is located on the sea
near the small hamlet of
Melsted, south of Gudhjem. Although the eastcoast of Bornholm has
a rocky coastline, just in front of the hotel you will find a nice
sandy beach. After an almost complete renovation Melsted Badehotel
today has become a lst class, comfortable, classic beachhotel. The
interior is decorated in light pastel colours and furnished
accordingly. All the bedrooms have the very best in sleeping comfort
with the wellknown double madras beds from Hästens in Sweden. The
idea is that our guest shall rest and sleep well at Melsted Badehotel.
Although the island Bornholm is small, it
has 3 eighteen hole golf
courses. One at RØ, 5 km from the hotel, one south of Rønne and one
at Dueodde. Melsted Badehotel offers 'specials' to the golfers
including picnic baskets for lunch and discount on green fees to
all 3 golf courses.

The hotel has 21 double rooms, placed in
the main building and 3
annex buildings.
The main building, which has been totally
renovated, has 4 luxury
rooms (catagory 1) on the lst floor – 2 of which have balconies
facing the sea.
All other rooms in the annex buildings on
the other hand have
outside terraces with sea-view.
Breakfast with homemade bread and
marmelade is served on the
terrace when weather permits. Likewise with lunch which is served between 12
and 3 o'clock. Dinner - please reserve table - is served
in the restaurant from 6 to 9pm.
The ”Strandanneks” is the annex
building nearest the sea with 5
double rooms and the ”Fyrannex” is the building in the middle with
3 large rooms (here extra bed(s) are possible for children up to age
12).
The rooms in both the Strandannex and
Fyrannex buildings as well as
the rooms in the main building are all furnished with the famous
Hästens double madras beds.
The annex-building in the back known as
Pileannex are still furnished
with traditional beds, but the rooms have been repainted in the hotels
new style of pastel colours. The Pilannex consists of one family room
with 2 double rooms (extra bed(s) also possible here for children
up to age 12) and 7 other double rooms - all the rooms in Pileannex
also have outside terraces facing the sea.
Extra beds as mentioned above. Again the
rooms allowing for extra
beds are the rooms in the “Fyrannex and the Family-room in the
“Pileannex”.
In the neat house of half timber next
door to the hotel you will
find 3 newly renovated apartments:
a studio with 2 beds plus tiny kitchen
(for 2 people)
a 3 room apartment with small kitchen and nice dining area, livingroom and
a bedroom with 3 beds (for 2-3 people)
and a 3 bedroom apartment, with large kitchen and dining area and living
room (good for 4 adults and 2-3 kids)
The apartments are available for rent
from April 1 until October 31.
Bornholm is the perfect setting for
conferences and meetings. The
participants are mentally 'far away', even if it only takes two and
a half hours to get to Bornholm from Copenhagen, via Ystad, Sweden.
With our new conference annexe next to
the hotel, we provide the
perfect surroundings for your 'annual strategy meeting' or small
conference. The conference annexe is situated on natural grounds
leading down to the sea with a putting green and professional croquet
lawn.

coffee’s, drinks and

The Malurt Bitter, a digestive, is a
speciality of the island -
