Since its founding in 1999, Clarett has completed four Manhattan luxury residential towers of 19, 21, 31 and 22 stories and served as advisor on several major commercial projects including the New York Times headquarters building and the New York Stock Exchange as well as the New York Jets training camp.
In December 2002, Clarett and Prudential Real Estate Investors formed Clarett Capital, a development entity expected to produce luxury residences exceeding $500-$700 million in value. Clarett Capital has acquired three New York City properties as well as one Los Angeles property and is in contract on an additional two. OPUS, a 22-story luxury condominium on the Upper West Side is open for occupancy, construction has begun on Place 57, a 36-story luxury condominium located at 207 East 57th Street and construction will soon begin on West 19th Street.
