I have over 25 years of experience with two Fortune 100 companies serving the Information Technology market. I have held senior management positions in the Sales and Marketing areas and recently managed worldwide customer programs in the Services division. This background has taught me the importance of customer service - of being responsive, of following through on commitments, of doing all you can to ensure that your client is not only satisfied, but delighted with your service. Too often, in today's busy world, it is easy to let a commitment slide, or not to make that phone call . . . but this won't happen with me - you can count on it !!
