At the 2004 Miami International Boat Show, North American mariners will be
introduced to KVH Industries, Inc.'s (Nasdaq: KVHI) new Tracphone(R) F33, one of the most
compact high-powered satellite communications system available. Tracphone F33 offers
global voice coverage and is the first antenna compatible with Inmarsat's Fleet F33
service to also provide access to not only Fleet's 9.6 Kbps data channel but also the
high-speed 64 Kbps Mobile Packet Data Service (MPDS). MPDS provides a high-capacity,
always-online connection on which users pay only for the data sent and received - not for
