heaters. We want instant heating technology and other as well.

Task1:
Please provide the details of welding machineries and flanging
rollers required to fabricate 30liters inner shell which is of
diameter 40.5cms (inner shell outside diameter). The same diameter
is used in other water heaters also. So we don’t want any change in
outer diameter of the inner shell (water reserve tank) to utilize
the same caps and same leakage testing machineries and others.

We need the following machines and the processes to produce 30liters
of water heaters. 1. Cut to length machine to cut 1.5 X 125 X1273mm
hot rolled steel sheet and then rollers will roll to make the sheet
circular (Dia 40.5 X 12.5cms), then it is sent automatically through
conveyers to welding machine to weld a straight joint and then it
has to go to the flanging machine.
2. Circular tube will be loaded in Flanging rollers which will make
a collar on both the sides to accommodate caps and then it is welded
in a circular welding machines in two different set ! ups for top
and bottom.
Note: We have already caps for this size, so we don’t need any
machine or dies to produce caps and machines to weld pipes of inlet
and outlet to this cylinder too.
3. We need to have a machine to produce external cylinder of
Diameter 44.5cms with 0.6mm thick sheet with its capping and curling
their joints.
The height of the cylinder is also 44.5cms. Note: we have powder
coating, injecting insulation material into a space between
cylinders, fixing other hard wares & heater cartridge and electrical
power testing of the heater and so on.
4. The other option is to produce the external shell out of two
halves of plastic housing produced by an injection mold and then
weld them by ultrasonic welding process. Please provide us the
complete details of molds required, injection machines required, and
then finally ultrasonic welding machines needed. We prefer to have
this process since we would like to have all smaller range in
plastic! which are below 30litres.

Task2:
Please provide the complete li st of equipments and the machineries
needed to produce 15 and 10 liters of water heaters with water
reserves inside. This line is exclusively set only to produce 10 and
15 liters. Inner shell made of steel and outer shell made of plastic
as mentioned above.
