Bonham, one of the most historic towns in Texas, was founded by Bailey Inglish in the first year of the Republic and later named for an Alamo hero. Bonham is located on the Blackland Prairie (just south of the Red River) which was originally covered by Bois D'Arc trees. The residents used the wood to build a large proportion of the Conestoga wagons (also known as Prairie Schooners) used to settle the west. Come see the history!
The Days Inn Bonham has 53 units, smoking and no-smoking, with free HBO and Cinemax. The Days Inn offers truck parking, swimming pool, putting green, and free continental breakfast. FAX and copy machine services are also available. Remodeled rooms, in-room coffee, restaurant on premises.
