IS Asia is jointly organised by three leading international systems industry associations:
the Custom Electronic Design Industry Association (CEDIA), the International
Communications Industries Association, Inc. (ICIA) and the National Systems Contractors
Association (NSCA). Leveraging on the associations' focus on different industry segments
and experience, CEDIA on home theatre, networking and automation, ICIA on audio-visual
systems integration for the professional market and NSCA on integrated electronic systems
for the construction market, IS Asia will be the most comprehensive showcase of its kind

Foundation for Growth
InfoComm Asia was first staged in 1995 as
a biennial show. The InfoComm Asia 2001 and 2003 shows and the current IS Asia 2005, have
been awarded the Approved International Fair status by the Singapore Exhibition &
Convention Bureau, in recognition of the show quality and professionalism in events
management. The 2003 showcase was a huge success, featuring 96 international exhibitors
and attracting close to 8,000 trade visitors from the region. The exhibition spanned some
8,000 sqm and was complemented by a conference on the latest trends in presentation
technology.
