your company. If the site is of bad quality then it will only damage your reputation.

available.
You have to see it like
this, if you get a photocopied business card from someone you don't know, do you think he
is a professional? The same for a website, if you use a free website service do you think
your visitors will conclude you are a professional exporter? Invest some money in your
website, it is your business card on the web. If it looks great people will have more
confidence in your company. Also if you work international, get a .com name !
Email mistakes
Also in serious emails use a normal email address and not free yahoo or
hotmail accounts which hide your identity. We get many emails a day and most of those
emails are not read because we don't take them serious. If you are a professional use your

or companyname@provider.com but don't use
free email accounts for first contacts with serious clients.
Spam
Spam emails are the worst you can do, not only you irritate people but you also risk
