I write to you with regards the development of a global distribution/representation network for our lifestyle brand Ruby & Ed. Our brand has been subject to rapid growth in the past 12-18 months within the UK and increasingly from Europe and the US. Our brand is currently stocked in Selfridges, Liberty, Fenwicks, Veritas, Bon Marche (Paris) amongst many smaller, independent stockists – this season has been launched at Pure (London) in early February and our Scandinavian/North American/French launch is also synchronised for this time-period through our newly appointed distributors.
Our brand sets itself apart by being manufactured from some of the most luxurious and highest quality European materials available such sheepskins, 100% cashmeres and silks. It mixes innovative, original and classy design that accentuates the materials. The luxury slippers and lifestyle sector is a niche we do not feel has been effectively conquered and there are no brands that market themselves from our perspective. It has been very successful in the UK and the range is focused very much towards luxury top end retailing. Our recommended retail prices in the women’s collection range from between £35 and £170 in UK stores. |
